Public proof demo

XFlowIQ does not mark work trusted until evidence clears the gate.

This demo explains the product idea without exposing private systems. A normal assistant may answer quickly. XFlowIQ is designed to answer with evidence, risk state, blocker state, and a next safe action.

Ordinary completion claim

"Done. It works." This can be fast, but it may hide missing tests, unsafe actions, unverified memory, or an unapproved production change.

XFlowIQ completion claim

"The task is ready because these receipts, tests, logs, screenshots, diffs, and approvals support it. These items remain blocked. This is the next safe action."

Observe

Collect visible evidence, source notes, task context, and human approval state before making a claim.

Reason

Separate facts from guesses, classify risk, reject unsupported opinions, and decide what proof is missing.

Act

Use the smallest safe action available. Local work is allowed. Secrets, payments, private data, provider mutation, and deploys require explicit approval or stay blocked.

Learn

Store what worked, what failed, what evidence mattered, and what should be faster next time.
